Thorn, a member of the jam band Leftover Salmon, often tests new material on Foxy, who seems to appreciate the music. The fox’s visits have even inspired Thorn and his wife to create a full-length album titled Fox Songs and Other Tales from the Pandemic. In a recent video, Foxy returned during a snowstorm, walking across the snow-covered ground to enjoy Thorn’s performance. On another occasion, Thorn was joined by fellow musician Billy Failing, and Foxy listened attentively from a nearby rock, maintaining a safe distance from the unfamiliar musician.
