Foxes are clever, wild animals with pointy ears and bushy tails. They live in many places around the world and often sleep in underground dens. Foxes are omnivores, which means they eat both meat (like rabbits and bugs) and plants (like berries and fruit).
They are usually active at night and have excellent hearing. Baby foxes are called kits or cubs. Some foxes, like the arctic fox, change fur color with the seasons to stay warm and hidden.
